This book entitled "Collection of soups from medicinal plants" contains many soup recipes that come to the aid of those interested, healthy as well as many who have various ailments and to whom a vegetarian or mixed diet is recommended. In these soup recipes there is either a single plant, but in most cases there are several vegetable plants in combination, which constitute a mixture of medicinal plants used in culinary art. All these plants that are found as ingredients in the preparation of soups have a certain pharmacodynamic action, based and justified on the chemical composition of the respective vegetable, that is, on what we call the active principle or the complex of active principles with synergistic properties.
