Mihai Ghiţulescu (b. September 29, 1982) – university lecturer at the Faculty of Social Sciences, University of Craiova. He has a degree in political science and a doctorate in history. He has published numerous studies in specialized magazines and collective volumes. Author of the volume Administrative organization of the modern Romanian state (1859-1918) (Editura Aius, Craiova, 2011) and co-author of the volume Evolution of political institutions of the Romanian state from 1859 to today (Editura Cetatea de Scaun, Târgovişte, 2014). This work was financed by contract POSDRU/89/1.5/S/61968, strategic project ID 61968 (2009), co-financed by the European Social Fund, through the Sectoral Operational Program Human Resources Development 2007-2013.
