Legende geografice

The book is intended for children between the ages of 9-12 and is an anthology bringing together popular legends from the most well-known, referring, of course, to monuments of Romanian nature, but also to spaces with connotations regarding national history. Experienced teacher, Melania Antoaneta Sârbu retells the texts that support important points on the map of Romania in a way that the youngest students can understand. Among the chapters of the book we mention: "The Legend of Moldavia", "The Legend of Ceahlău", "The Story of Vrancea", "The Legend of the Babes from Bucegi", "The Legend of Strei and the Retezat Mountains", "At Zamolxe, in the Polovragi Cave", "The Legend of Hercules", "Buziaş Mineral Waters" etc. a. Each story is accompanied by artistic illustrations or photographs taken by the author precisely to support the text.
