Materiale pentru construcții

Construction materials represent the sum of natural or artificial products, which can be used to make up the constructions, both for building their resistance structures, but also for the execution of various finishes. When compiling this paper, recent information was used, both from the point of view of the specific legislation regarding the test procedures in laboratories for construction materials, the evaluation and authorization of test laboratories in construction, but also regarding the methods of obtaining and using some of the most common construction materials. The work is structured in five chapters, as follows: Chapter I - Management and quality system in construction; ways of putting materials on the market, evaluation and authorization of construction testing laboratories; Chapter II - Physical-mechanical properties of construction materials; Chapter III - Types of binders used to make construction materials; Chapter IV - Composite materials, composition, characteristics, use; Chapter V - Laboratory determinations on aggregates. The work is equally addressed to students from the construction departments of Romanian universities and, equally, to specialists who work in the field of construction (execution, design, research).
