Merlin, micuţul vrăjitor

The book Merlin, the little wizard contains five stories about the childhood of the most famous wizard ever known to children all over the world. We thus learn how Merlin spoke from the first day of his life and amazed the village in Brittany where he was born with his gift of seeing what is in people's souls. Little Merlin then turns three women, who were taunting his mother, into witches, punishing them and making them repent of their behavior. In the third story, Merlin gets the emperor of Rome himself out of trouble. Also, the little wizard will help a family of poor old people at a critical moment in their lives and will give a life lesson to the miser Gonnebert, to the amusement of the Breton villagers. The first adventures of little Merlin remind us of the ancient times when wisdom and humor made a good home with a sense of justice and good will.
