All the medicinal and aromatic plants presented in this volume are specific and belong to the spontaneous flora or cultivated in our garden in "Romania" and therefore can be harvested from nature or from your own garden. Most plants with a bitter taste stimulate the stomach to secrete more acid and pepsin, basic factors in triggering appetite.
