The analysis of the Romanian magic text assumes the situation both in its semantic level, composed and supported by the universe of beliefs and ideas about the world of the archaic autochthonous village, and in its aesthetic surface perfected by the improvisational talent and the cultural memory of the charmers. In order to have access to the deep poetics of this ritual product made up of lyrical, epic and dramatic sequences, it is necessary to take into account some essential elements that structure it and give it uniqueness: the rhetorical interface, the human-sacred relationship, the spatio-temporal circumstances, the ethnographic determinant of popular culture enumerated in stylistic figures. Formal monotony, rhythmic organization, repetition and enumeration always hide ritual motivations, just as the whispered voice of the charmer has the power to move the transcendent.
