Proiectarea demersului didactic la Educaţie Fizică V-VIII

The design of the didactic approach to physical education represents an attempt to translate into reality an older desire of specialized teachers to benefit from suggestions for the creation of planning documents. The present work is one of them. Undoubtedly, the suggestions must be adapted to the reality of each school and each class, to the motor development level of the students and to their effort capacity. In the contemporary world, where young people tend to be sedentary, the realistic approach to the physical education program and its implementation in a flexible way are factors that lead to the achievement of the specific objectives of physical education, to the formation of a harmonious personality: men sana in corpore sano (healthy mind in a healthy body). In secondary education, physical education is taught in a unitary manner, covering mandatory contents based on the principle of concentricity. This paper presents the contents of the secondary school curriculum, offering solutions for educational units with a good matrix base. The work should not be considered a model but rather a suggestion, a personalized approach that can be improved. author
