About this book
Critical opinions: The theme of justice - and injustice, insists Ana Bazac - is not new at all, but a review of the main aspects researched over time and highlighted as the most important is all the more necessary. It is the second volume concerned with giving a multidisciplinary perspective on an abstract concept that is nodal in an ontology of the human. After the discussion about the debt, the proposal in the present volume provokes both the problems posed by the authors and the solutions. The theme of justice is less fashionable than the theme of legal rights and procedures, but both are deeply ideological. That's why it's always interesting to find some research in which the ideological criteria are both bracketed and suggested within the analysis. Ion Ianoși But the offer of the authors of this (multidisciplinary) approach, which precisely prevents skepticism, is likely to put order in the understanding of justice, that is, to counteract the impression of equivalence of points of view, an impression that is the basis of the sterile conception of "inevitable". The different disciplines represented - the history of philosophy and axiology, linguistics, history and critical projection, law, analytical and applied philosophy, psychology, continental philosophy, ethics, social philosophy - testify not only to the constructive intention of the authors, but also to the current level of research: a level that allows the criteria, their critical judgment and ranking, in full revelation of a complex determinism, opposed to reductionism. As a result, we can also observe a development of the concept - related to values and norms that have the role of circumscribing justice - and the contradictions through which this development takes place. This aspect is the most interesting, because it is precisely by noticing the contradictions that we can overcome the mental and behavioral schemes that always end up inhibiting our understanding of the world.
