Marin Preda. Anii formării intelectuale

The work "Marin Preda. The years of intellectual formation" (third edition, revised and added) includes essential studies for a better understanding of the personality of the writer Marin Preda, which concern his school years - in Siliștea-Gumești, as a primary school student (1929-1937), in Abrud, in the first year as a normal school student (1937-1938), in Cristur, in the most important years as a normal student (1938‑1940), and in Bucharest, in the last year as a student in the lower cycle of normal school (1940‑1941) -, the years of his publishing debut (1941‑1943, with his real literary debut as a prose writer, at the newspaper "Timpul"), the years of military service (1943‑1945) and the years of literary affirmation (1945‑1948, with the avatars up to the debut volume, with "The Meeting from the Lands"). The work is accompanied by a photo-documentary album, including documents, facsimiles and photographs, mostly unpublished, which duplicate the information from the studies. The work also marks the "Marin Teaching Centenary: 1922-2022".
