The work aims to make known to the general public, for the first time after 170 years, the first cultural publication from Oltenia that appeared in Craiova between October 1838 - September 1839, through the care and at the expense of C. Lecca, the founder of Romanian historical painting. The authors proposed to provide researchers in the field of cultural history and journalism in particular with an absolutely necessary working tool to understand the spiritual unity of Romanian culture in the historical provinces during the pre-Pasoptic period.
